The individual producing the ordered product or service.Client
The individual purchasing the product or service.
Product & Service
The form of product or service provided by the Artist to the Client per the Product or Service Agreement. “Product,” “Service,” “Art[work],” “Image[ry],” and “Project[s]” are used interchangeably herein and in Product or Service correspondence.Product & Service Agreement
The discussion, documented via email, in which the Artist and Client agree to the subject matter and type of Product or Service to be produced, the Product or Service price, the point in time in which the Artist is expected to commence in Start of Work, and – if applicable – the Product or Service deadline, early termination circumstances, rush fees, Transfer of Copyright, and/or whether or not the Product or Service can be immediately displayed in the Artist's portfolio. This Product & Service Agreement shall remain on record with the Artist, along with any other documents related to the Product or Service, for at least two years.Draft
A preliminary version or idea of the commission.Start of Work
The point in time by which the Client has approved the Artist to start work on the Product or Service (e.g., Artist begins to create the Product or Service).Profile(s)
Online locations where the Product may be displayed (e.g., “galleries,” such as website.com, Facebook and Instagram albums, DeviantART.com, Tumblr.com, Reddit.com etc.). “Profile(s)” do not include any sites that display hateful or racist imagery, illegal activities, or sites known to display, reproduce, and/or sell works without crediting the Artist. Additionally, no Product may be displayed without notifying the Artist first, or as agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement.Personal space
Non-public, offline locations (e.g., home or office); i.e., no business involving the Product is being conducted.Public space
Offline locations that do not fall under “Personal Space” above.
Transfer of copyright agreement
The discussion, documented via email, in which the Artist and Client agree to transfer Copyright of the Product from the Artist to the Client. This does not include Trademark.TermsI do not consent to my work being used with AI or NFT:s in any way.Sale
The Artist hereby sells or transfers the Product to the Client at the agreed value written in the Product & Service Agreement prior to the Start of Work.Payment
Full payments must be made in the signing of the Product & Service Agreement prior to the Start of Work, which is after the approval of the Product Draft. Ownership of the Product will only pass from the Artist to the Client on receipt of payment in full. The Product will not be sent to Purchaser until the agreed payment amount has been received. Payment method is determined as written in the Product & Service Agreement prior to the Start of Work (i.e. bank account transfer, PayPal, Stripe). The Artist will confirm payment once drafts have been seen and agreed upon by the Client; any further work on the Product will be withheld until this agreement is made and payment received.NOTE: All prices are specified as EUR. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that they have converted currencies based on current exchange rates.Decline of offers
The Artist has the right to refuse any business request, without needing to explain the reason.Artist cancellation of Product or Service
The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Product or Service, or cancel a Product or Service request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English or Swedish language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
Copyright/trademarked IP’sThe Artist will not reproduce a Copyrighted or Trademarked image or character without expressed written permission of its Copyright or Trademark owner, and as it pertains to Swedish Copyright Law.
Artist copyright & reproductionBy Commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist's labor only. The Artist retains all rights to the Product, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Product for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space, as defined in the Definitions section herein, etc.); or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed upon in a "Transfer of Copyright Agreement" as defined in the Client Documents. The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Product, beyond the resale of the original, [imagery] Product, or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed upon in a "Transfer of Copyright Agreement." The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Product without the Artist's expressed written permission, or as agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement prior to Start of Work. Artist also retains full copyright for any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Product, unless otherwise agreed upon.Product & Service description
The Client must specify the content of their Product or Service to the best of their ability prior to a Product & Service Agreement. A complex Product or Service will incur additional work fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement prior to Start of Work. The Client must specify the desired display size of the Product. Pricing details can be viewed here; all prices are as a guide only and may not represent the final price of a particular Product or Service.Deadlines & flexibility
If the Product is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement prior to Start of Work. The Artist, to the best of their ability, can give a general indication of how long the Product will take to complete, and when the Client can expect to receive the finished Product prior to the Start of Work. The Artist will inform the Client if changes to completion times have occurred. The Artist is not obliged to explain reasoning behind extensions or delays for the completion of a Product, but will often do so out of courtesy.Confidentiality
If the Product is defined as confidential in the Product & Service Agreement, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Client and as defined in the Product & Service Agreement until such time the Product & Service Agreement specifies public display is permitted. A Client may not request the Artist to complete a Product without defining the time-span in the Product & Service Agreement to eventually allow the Artist to publicly display the image.Public display & use
The Client may display the Product in Profiles as long as the Artist's name (“[Ami Suhzu]”) is prominently displayed along with a link to amisuhzu.com or "@amisuhzu" for social media accounts. Additionally, any Profile display of the Artist's completed work must notify the Artist, unless already defined in the Product & Service Agreement prior to Start of Work. The Client must obtain written permission from the Artist prior to displaying the Product in a Public Space without crediting the Artist.Competitions
Under no circumstances may the Client submit a Product to any kind of online or offline contest.Delivery of goods
Digital art Products will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in .jpeg or .png format; this does not include the Products native files (e.g., .psd, .tif, etc.), unless agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement, or thereafter, the Client obtains written permission from the Artist. Files will be of highest resolution and include both signed/watermarked and un-watermarked copies of the finished product.The Artist is not responsible for printing [creating a hard copy of] a digital art Product for the Client unless agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement. The Client may use the digital (.jpeg, .png or .PDF) file for local printing, so long as it does not breach "Artist copyright & reproduction" and "Competitions", and the Client obtains expressed written permission from the Artist prior to printing.Promotion
The Artist may use any images of the Product for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement (see "Confidentiality").Address notice
The Client is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are true and correct. Either party shall notify the other party in case of change of address prior to such change.Non-destruction
The Artist will not permit any intentional destruction, damage or modification to the Product.Restoration
If the Product is damaged or mistakes are evident, the Client will agree to consult the Artist before any restoration and must give the Artist the first opportunity to restore it, if practical.Authenticity & provenance
Upon request, the Artist will furnish the Client [and their successors] a written history and provenance of the Product, based upon the Artist's best information to show.Creator’s access
The Artist may have access to photograph or share the Product at no expense to the Client and upon reasonable notice to Client.Expiration
This contract binds the parties, their heirs, all their successors in interest, and all Client's obligations are attached to the Product or Service and go with ownership of the Product, all for the life of the Artist plus seventy (70) years, unless otherwise stated.Moral right
The Client will not permit any use of the Artist's name or misuse of the Product or Service which would reflect discredit on his/her reputation as an Artist, or which would violate the spirit of the Product or Service.Refund policy
Unfortunately, no refunds can be made, regardless of the situation. It is up to the Client to research what the Artist’s style and previous works are like and if they are in the Client’s taste.Conflict
The Client may not incorporate the Product in another work of art (or another Artist’s Product). A take-down notice will be issued in such cases and Term 26 will be applied as necessary.Preview requests
The Client may request a preview of the Product at any time during the creation process, but may not request changes to the Product after Start of Work or approval of the Draft, unless agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement prior to Start of Work.Miscellany
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Its terms can be modified only by an instrument in writing signed by both parties. A waiver of any breach of any of the provisions of the Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same or other provision hereof. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.Damages
The Artist has the right to pursue damages under Swedish Copyright Law, should there exist a violation in addition to a breach of these Terms of Service.Required client detailsName
The Client must state their name for a Product or Service (real life names are not required).Email address
The Client is encouraged to contact the Artist via email or contact form to query a Product or Service.Other forms of communication
The Client may request a different form of communication (e.g., Discord, Twitter, etc.) to discuss a project before signing a Product & Service Agreement. However, the Artist must have the Client’s email address when entering into a Product & Service Agreement after query and discussions are complete to be able to send the Client an Invoice.Age
If the Client is under 18, the Client must supply contact information for a parent or guardian. The Artist reserves the right to contact the parent/guardian of an under-aged Client, to ensure that there is no breach in the Terms of Service, and the Client is able to pay for the Product.Specifications for product/service
After the Client has read the Terms and Conditions above, checked Product availability and price details, and made themselves familiar with the Product & Service Agreement, they can then contact the Artist about their proposal.The Client should state the following:
Product type (i.e. emotes, illustration, add-ons etc.)
Size specifications (i.e. canvas size, resolution)
Deadlines, if any (must be flexible)
References or examples (i.e. character reference sheets, style references, etc.)
Themes (i.e. if the image should portray anything)

The Artist requires payments to be made completely up-front after an approved Draft unless otherwise agreed upon in the Product & Service Agreement.Currency
All prices are expressed in EUR, and payments are expected to be made as such. The Client is responsible for providing the correct amount, equal to the EUR amount.Method
The Artist’s preferred method of payment is via direct online deposit or bank transfer. Stripe and PayPal services or cheques are alternative methods of payment. The Artist will provide their payment details in the Product & Service Agreement and Invoice.Invoice
The Artist will provide an Invoice to the Client to be completed during the Product & Service Agreement and prior to Payment. The Artist will not conduct work on the Product, or send through the final Product, until both the completed Invoice and Payment have been received by the Artist.Taxes
Taxes (if applied) are included in the agreed price and paid for by the Artist.Payment deadlines

Artist, graphic designer and photographer from Sweden. Currently writing a story inspired by our Scandinavian history and mythical creatures, and I also make F2U&P2U content for streamers.In 2021 I founded the Creators' Guild, a game community focusing on art, writing, music and similar subjects. I lead a team of 250 people who together contributed to create a fan made, 130 page artbook that we printed and shipped all over the world, funded through crowd funding. All proceeds were donated to the Cancer Research Institute.Besides art, I enjoy long walks in our beautiful forests, preferably with a camera, my dog and my SO. I love learning new things and always challenge myself to get better.Most of my commercial work is not displayed here due to the nature of the work or the contracts.
